Welcome to Zylo ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zylo’s distributed digital utility ecosystem, including units, tokens (ZYLO), assets, cards, zones, rewards, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using Zylo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• Users from restricted jurisdictions are not permitted to use Zylo.

Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

• Login credentials must not be shared.

• Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

• Zylo is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.

Distributed Platform Nature

• Zylo operates as a distributed, rule-based digital ecosystem.

• Rewards, units, zones, and assets function through automated system logic.

• No individual, admin, or authority controls personal user outcomes.

• Zylo is not an investment, financial product, or profit scheme.

• No fixed income, guaranteed returns, or passive profit is promised. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

ZYLO Tokens

• ZYLO tokens are internal utility points.

• They have no guaranteed monetary value.

• They are not securities, shares, or cryptocurrencies.

• Token rules, supply, and usage may be adjusted through system governance.

Units, Assets & Rewards

• Users access different units based on ZYLO balance.

• Each unit provides system-generated assets.

• Assets generate rewards and lose power over time.

• Once depleted, assets become inactive.

• Rewards are algorithm-based and dynamic. Zylo does not guarantee any reward amount, duration, or continuity.

Card System

• Cards upgrade within defined unit ranges.

• Only one active card exists per range cycle.

• New cards are created after completion.

• Card properties are system-controlled and automated.

1. Zone-Based Network System

• Zylo uses a zone-based structure for community growth and rewards.

• All network activity is organized through zones, not Zone Networks.

• Zone progression depends on verified system conditions.

• Cross-zone manipulation is prohibited.

• Any artificial, fake, or automated activity is forbidden. Zone-based rewards are performance tools, not income guarantees.

User Conduct You agree not to:

• Commit fraud, abuse, or deception.

• Exploit system bugs or loopholes.

• Use unauthorized automation tools.

• Manipulate zones, rewards, or balances.

• Violate local or international laws.

Risk Disclosure By using Zylo, you acknowledge that:

• distributed digital systems involve technical risks.

• Rewards may decrease, pause, reset, or expire.

• Market, legal, or regulatory changes may affect services.

• You accept all participation risks.

Platform Rights Zylo reserves the right to:

• Update system protocols

• Modify algorithms

• Adjust rewards

• Add or remove features

• Restrict access In order to protect ecosystem integrity.

Suspension & Termination Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if users:

• Violate these Terms

• Harm ecosystem stability

• Engage in illegal activity

• Manipulate zones or assets Termination may result in permanent loss of access.

Intellectual Property

• All Zylo protocols, designs, interfaces, and content belong to Zylo.

• Unauthorized copying, cloning, or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zylo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Zylo is not responsible for lost rewards, data, or digital assets.

• System outcomes are user-dependent and automated.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Zylo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Privacy & Data User data is processed according to Zylo’s Privacy Policy and distributed data governance rules.

Changes to Terms

• Zylo may update these Terms through protocol governance.

• Continued use after updates means acceptance.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable digital service and platform regulations.
